Established in 2008, Portiva has grown from a 3-person operation to one of the largest and most successful medical and dental staffing companies in the United States. We are a medical and dental staffing company providing certified, well-trained, nursing level staff to medical and dental offices virtually across the United States.  All of our medical assistants work remotely and connected to you and your office “Live and in Real Time”

Portiva started operation in 2009 after interviewing over 100 doctors.  Almost all of them came back and said the most difficult thing is to manage their practice, which is why most of medical practices have moved to large corporations and so many doctors gave that up in huge numbers because managing a practice became the hardest thing to do.  It’s not that doctors aren’t good at managing a practice, it’s just that it takes so much time.  It makes it hard for doctors to manage their employees along with handling patient care.

We set out on a mission to help doctors better manage their office and have since helped hundreds of medical and dental offices by taking on their routine administrative tasks.
